As one of important equipment in the producing process of autoclaved brick, autoclave creates the essential high-pressure and high-temperature conditions for final strength and comprehensive performance of the bricks and blocks.
The autoclave adopts Ø2.55 m * 31.5 m, autoclaved curing period for 10 hours, one set autoclave can be put 51000 pcs standard brick one time, daily turnover of 2 times, one set annual production capacity: 51000 x 2 x 300 = 30.6 million, need to choose three sets autoclave to meet production requirements.
The autoclave is equipped with five sets of temperature display, electric contact pressure gauge, thermometer, safety valve and pressure transmitter, five sets of temperature sensors (armored PT100), and one side of control cabinet (temperature and pressure display, autoclave door linkage).
